The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Summerplace Improvement Association will be held on Saturday November 14, 2020 at 10am in the Driveway of 1995 W. Barefoot Pl.
The annual mailing of all the materials for the 2020 Annual Meeting, including Board of Directors Ballots and voting instructions have been mailed today to members not currently in residence in Summerplace. The materials will be hand delivered to members in residence over the next couple days.
Due to concerns for the welfare of our members because of Covid 19, there are important instructions for attending the meeting on page 4 of the packet. Please read these instructions carefully.
