The undersigned makes application for membership in Summerplace Improvement Association, Inc. a non-profit corporation. It will be necessary to meet with members of the Board of directors before this application is considered. By executing this application, the undersigned acknowledges he/she has been informed of the provisions of the Declaration of Restrictions under which he/she is required to become a member of Summerplace Improvement Association, Inc. in order to acquire property Summerplace Deed Restricted area. There is a membership application/transfer fee of $100.00 required to process this application. If accepted for membership, applicant agrees to abide by the Architectural Guidelines, Documents, BY-Laws and the Rules and Regulations, as adopted by the Summerplace Improvement Association, Inc.

(SIA) reserves the sole right to accept or reject this Application for any reason whatsoever and without any further explanation to the Applicant(s). It is also understood that the SIA is authorized to conduct a character and financial investigation of the applicant(s). In order to expedite this investigation, Applicant(s) agree to furnish such references as may be required. If the Application is accepted by the Summerplace Improvement Association, Inc. the membership shall become effective simultaneously with the actual Deed transfer to the Applicant(s) of Summerplace deed restricted area property, described as:
