Attending: SIA Board President John Lehnhardt, SIA Board Members Mary Beasman, Walter Garrard and on the phone Bart Heikes
The SIA Board met to discuss the following projects:
– Review and approval of building plans for the construction of a new home at 1981 W. Shell Lane
– Review and approval for the installation of pavers at 1961 W. Shell Lane
1981 W. Shell Lane
SIA property owner Alex Collazo previously submitted building plans to the ARC for the construction of his home on the lot at 1981 W. Shell Lane. Following review of these building plans, the ARC advised gutters, down spouts with French drains and drainage to the swale on the property were required for approval. Island Passage, the contractor for this project, immediately addressed this concern and revised the plans to include the necessary drainage requirements. The ARC reviewed these revisions to the building plans and approved the plans, pending Board review and approval.
The Board reviewed the building plans and discussed the drainage additions added to the plans. Following discussion, a motion was made and seconded to approve the building plans for a home to be constructed at 1981 W. Shell Lane. The Board voted unanimously to approve these building plans.
1961 W. Shell Lane
Michael and Sheena Hoover provided a plan to the ARC for Seal Rite to install pavers at their home located at 1961 W. Shell Lane. Following ARC review and approval, the Board also reviewed the plans. A motion was made and seconded to approve the plans for the installation of pavers at 1961. W. Shell Lane. The Board voted unanimously to approve the addition of these pavers.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
