Minutes
Attending: SIA Board President John Lehnhardt, SIA Board Members Mary Beasman, Walter Garrard and Steve Melchiori . SIA Members Andy Dlugosz and Michael Flax. The meeting took place in the E. Shell cul de sac.
The SIA Board met to review the proposed location and the plans for a privacy fence to be installed along the 1800 property line with the SIA E. Shell beach access. John Lehnhardt shared the plans for the proposed fence and showed those present where this would be located. The Board discussed the height of the fence that will extend to meet the eastern column of two columns on the property.
A motion was made and seconded to approve the plans for the privacy fence with consideration that the fence does not extend above the height of the columns on the property. The Board approved this motion in a unanimous vote. John will discuss the height of the fence with the property owners.
A question was raised on the landscaping plan for the area at 1800 E. Shell that was cleared of vegetation. John advised the property owners are currently working on a landscaping plan.
Additionally, John provided information on the French drainage system that the property owner at 1800 E. Shell plans to install to address the chronic drainage problem in that area of the cul de sac.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
