Executive Board Meeting Minutes

The newly elected Board or Directors of the Summerplace Improvement Association, Inc. met in an organizational executive session on November 16, 2022, as not all of the newly elected Board members were able to meet following the SIA Annual Meeting on November 12, 2022, due to addressing significant damage caused by Hurricane Nichol,
On November 16, 2022, the Board members met at the home of John Lehnhardt at 9:00 a.m. Attending were Mary Beasman, Walter Garrard, John Lehnhardt and Steve Melchiori.
The following positions were nominated, seconded and elected unanimously.
President – John Lehnhardt
Vice President – Steve Melchiori
Secretary – Mary Beasman
Additionally, John volunteered to continue to serve as Treasurer. The Board members unanimously approved this appointment.
With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made, seconded, and approved by a vote of the Board.
