Every SIA member received a mailing in June to their listed mailing address.
The June mailing included a letter from SIA President John Lehnhardt, a letter from the SIA Election Nominating Committee Chair Ed Seemann, the new SIA Rental Policy and Rental Registration Form and our 2019 General Rules and Information sheet.
The President’s letter announced the SIA Annual Meeting date as Saturday Nov. 16, 2019, the Board’s appointment of Ronnie Lawn to a vacant position on the SIA Board of Directors, the call for Board of Directors nominations for the annual election and the new SIA Rental Policy and Rental Registration Form.
The Nominating Committee Chair letter set out the contacts and process for nominating an SIA member for the Board of Directors and the deadline of August 15, 2019, to contact the Nominating Committee.
