Our area was very fortunate to avoid any major impact from Hurricane Ian, unlike communities in South West Florida. I drove our five streets this morning and the beach stairs are all intact and the roads drivable. No damage is apparent on any structures in our association and there is no flooding visible from the street. There are lots of palm fronds and oak leaves and trigs around but no major limbs or trees down. We can count ourselves lucky again on this outcome.
