As the result of overwhelming opposition by homeowners to the proposed construction of sewers in Summerplace and Oceanaire Heights, the IRC Utilities Department will recommend to the county commissioners that this project be terminated.
This recommendation will be presented at the next meeting of the IRC Board of Commissioners scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, in the county commission chamber, located at the IRC Administrative Complex, 1801 27th Street, Building A.
