Additional at 1881 E. Shell Lane
Property owner Craig Cyr described the plans to build an addition on the east side of his home located at 1881 E. Shell Lane. This addition would be approximately 450-500 square feet and include a bedroom, a bathroom and a dining area. Timing of this project is pending on approval from the County. The Board discussed the plans and indicated a road deposit would be required due to the heavy equipment that will be used for this project. The Board reviewed the plans for a shed at 1861 W. Shell Lane that were previously approved by the ARC. The shed would be 10 x12 with wood siding. It would be installed behind the house and not visible from the street. A motion was made to approve the plans for this shed. Temporary repair of E. Shell beach stairs

A motion was made and seconded to proceed with the temporary repair of the E. Shell stairs and an estimated cost of $300. The Board voted unanimously to approve this project.
