Annual SIA Meeting, Saturday November 14, 2026 at 10am in the driveway at 1995 W. Barefoot Pl.
The mailing for the annual meeting went out to all members 4 weeks ago and there are now three weeks until the annual meeting. If you have not already done so, now is a good time to review the packet and return your Board of Directors Ballot along with the Voter Certification form. Your ballot cannot be counted unless it is accompanied by a Voter Certification form.
To date we have received 13 ballots with Voter Certification forms but also 2 ballots without the required form. If you sent in your ballot without the form please contact Secretary Lehnhardt at johnlehnhardt1@gmail.com or 407-376-2017 to get your form submitted.
It is also a good time to determine if you will not be able to make the meeting and send in a Proxy form (included in the mailed packet) to select someone to represent you and your vote at the meeting.
