The mailing to all SIA members for the Annual Meeting Saturday Nov. 8, 2025 was sent out October 7. You should be receiving it shortly.
This mailing information has also been posted on this website under the Mailings heading and on the SIA bulletin board on E. Barefoot Pl.
Highlights of the mailing:
- There will be no election this year as there are only 5 candidates for the 5 open board positions so there are no ballots to mail in. The same board members have agreed to run again and will take office at the Nov. 8 meeting per state law.
- The mailing includes the annual dues invoice. Dues remain at $300 per lot and are due by JaN. 1, 2026.
- If you cannot attend and want to name a proxy to vote for you at the meeting, please fill out and mail in the form provided in mailing.
- There is a proposed addition to the ARC Guidelines in the mailing. Please review it as it will be discussed and voted on at the meeting.
